North – West Logistic Park is the first logistics and production center in Szczecin with modern class A facilities. The warehouses are situated just 2 km from the S3 expressway, the A6 highway, and 5 km from national road 10. Additionally, the facilities are located 30 kilometers from the airport in Goleniow. The park comprises a total of 7 buildings with a combined area of approximately 75 000 sqm.

In 2016, 4 halls were sold to the EQT Exeter fund. In 2022, the fund purchased an additional 3 halls. The general contractor for the park was Trasko Invest.
